		<description>Hi Jeremy. This is a really helpful trend report.  It really looks like Larchmont/Mamaroneck/Rye have been faring the best.

Also, given that I&#039;ve hear there are 7,000 agents in the county (not sure if this is accurate #), it really makes you sit back and think wow, given the # of units that have sold.  Assuming 2 agents per transaction (and I guess a few FSBO&#039;s), it&#039;s a bit more than 1 transaction per yr per agent.  Clearly, there is an 80 for 20 rule, and there are some realtors/agents that are doing well. This is why it&#039;s so critical to do your homework when you are buying or selling such a large asset.</description>
