Just a note of thanks for everything you did to help us sell our co-op in Hartsdale.
When my wife got a great job offer at a hospital in New Jersey, and I was able to line up a job at a local newspaper, we decided to make the big move. The only problem was that we had to sell our co-op apartment in downtown Hartsdale, and we had to do it fast.

You went to work on marketing the co-op, and we had a solid offer in a matter of weeks. Could we have sold for more if we had waited? Maybe. But we also could have ended up with an empty apartment and two mortgages. No thanks, I need to sleep at night.
Considering the down market, we feel we did very well with our sale, and it didn’t drag on. There are other properties in the area that have sat on the market for over a year. We needed to sell fast, and you did that for us.
And your services didn’t end with the sale of our co-op. Even though it’s not in your sales area, you were kind enough to advise us regularly on our search for a home in New Jersey and gave us a lot of good advice.
The bottom-line is that you go above and beyond what everyone else does – and that’s why you are successful. You were 100% attentive to our needs. Before the closing on the co-op we had already moved to New Jersey. You stayed on top of all the details of the sale for us. I can honestly say that you are far better than any other real estate broker we have ever worked with.
