Jeremy was so great to work with! We were introduced to Jeremy through a mutual friend who had also used his services to buy a house a few years ago. He walked us through EVERYTHING - we were completely new to the entire process and he helped us prioritize what to look for in a house/neighborhood and took us through how the closing process would work! He answered every email and phone call quickly, and previewed several houses for us, giving us honest feedback every time.

We also didn't know much about the area - neither of us are from NY and we just wanted to be out of Manhattan, so we were open to different towns. From the first meeting, Jeremy was a total pleasure to work with. He listened to what we wanted and never pushed us towards a house that didn't fit our criteria. He was not annoying or aggressive; he was honest about each house that we saw, in terms of the work that would be necessary and the cost associated with specific renovations that we were considering. His approach is laid back, but he works hard for his clients. He was always available and very responsive over phone, text, or email at all hours of the day and night. His knowledge of White Plains and the surrounding suburbs was very impressive. He was extremely attentive without being pushy and his general vibe and sense of humor are not what you would normally expect from a real estate agent. Jeremy Zucker is simply an outstanding real estate agent. As first-time home buyers, we found Jeremy to be both very patient with all of our questions, and he responded to our e-mails immediately (often within the hour).

Jeremy was extremely knowledgeable about the market and what we might be looking for in a house. We had very specific criteria, and Jeremy showed us only houses that met those requirements, and helped us understand what we should think about for our home. He was very honest about which houses were not likely to be right for us, and yet at the same time, he was more than happy to show us any homes that we wanted to see.

From the beginning of our search to the closing, he walked us through step by step what would need to happen along the way, and was an excellent advocate as we went through negotiations. Since buying a home can be very emotional, multiple times along the way, Jeremy acted as a rational counterbalance to help us think through what we would need to do.

We ended up with an amazing house that we love, and at a price that was better than what even thought we could get. And even after buying our home, we turned to Jeremy for advice for things like handymen and locksmiths, and his recommendations have been outstanding. Simply put, everything Jeremy does is of the highest quality.

I contracted Jeremy to manage the sale of a property that was a multi-family rental. The tenants were responsible for maintaining the property in the absence of the owner (my family member) and as a result, significant work was required to make the property marketable. Jeremy worked closely with the us, even though we were long-distance, making sure that what needed to be done was done in a cost-effective and timely manner. He marketed the property appropriately, dealt with issues as they arose and provided sound advice. He negotiated a good price with a good buyer and executed the sale successfully.

I would use Jeremy again for any property sale/purchase in the Westchester/NY area.

Jeremy is extremely patient. He worked with us for over a year - showing us a myriad of properties until we were successful. He is thorough and listens to his client's requirements. He stayed within our price range and specifications when presenting prospective properties. In addition, Jeremy did not disappear when the sale was complete. Instead he followed through with the management company and the seller's broker for a smooth transition and an easy closing. He also was an invaluable resource about contractors and services in our new neighborhood. He volunteered to open the property for our decorator to come in and take measurements as well as being available whenever necessary to assist us.
